Why does Vista suck so much? Still. It started out lame when they released it and it is still lame even after
service pack one.
UAC, (those little popups that ask you to click continue), is so freaking irritating. I recently read that Microsoft intentionally put that in there to irritate users
so they wouldn't want to do things like install software that could damage their computer. Ironic that the software
that hurts your computer the most is Windows Vista itself!
Vista is also a resource hog. Microsoft recommends a gig of ram just as a baseline! It's bloat-ware. It reminds me of all that spyware
from the early 2000's that tried to install as much crap as they could on your computer.
Sleep & hibernation functions are all messed up. Funny thing is, these functions worked in XP.
I have no idea why MS decided to release a new OS that is utter bloat-ware and total crap. It's like, they thought, somehow, the
world doesn't hate us enough, what else can we do to piss off everyone?
*Note* I don't have Vista installed on my PC, (and never will either), this is all experience from working with Vista at the office.
