THE CEREAL MILKSHAKE
I had a stroke of absolute genius today. I think you will agree (those of you who aren't lactose intolerant anyway).

I made my first cereal milkshake! The idea struck me when I was thinking about breakfast and how little time I had to make it. That in turn got me thinking about food, cereal in particular. Then, somehow, icecream got into my head. And there it was! It hit me like an abusive parent.

So after work I went to the supermarket, got the ingredients, and came home and made it. I used Lucky Charms and vanilla ice cream and a little bit of milk of course. Whole milk that is. I was raised on 2% milk but now I will only drink whole. It's more flavorful and we all know I could stand to gain a couple of pounds. Okay, more like 30 pounds, but who's counting?

To make the shake cereal milkshake I highly recommend making it by hand with a spoon in a big cup. Blenders are too impersonal for my taste. Be careful not to use too much milk, save you'll get a runny shake. We all know that thick shakes are better.

I can't believe I had never thought of this before! Next I plan to experiment with Golden Grahams and vanilla ice cream.
